MOSCOW, Mar 10 (PRIME) -- The E.U. capacity to introduce sanctions against Russia has almost been exhausted, head of the diplomacy Josep Borrell told newspaper Euractiv on Friday.
"There is not much more to do from the point of view of sanctions, but we can continue to increase financial and military support," the official said.
